Tips to keep gambling under control

Set a budget. Only bet money you can afford to lose. Treat it like an entertainment expense, not an investment.
Limit your time. Set a timer and stop when it ends. Avoid gambling when tired, stressed, or under the influence.
Bet for fun. Gambling should be entertainment. Never bet to make money or solve financial problems.
Talk about it. If gambling is causing problems, talk to someone you trust or contact a professional helpline.
Don't chase losses. Losing is part of gambling. Accept losses and never bet more to try to win the money back.
Keep it private. Never share your account with others or let someone else bet on your behalf.
