- How do I open an account?
- Tap Join now, enter your mobile number and choose a password. We send a verification code by SMS to the number you entered. One account per person and per SIM card.
- How do I deposit money?
- Pay to the company number 101010 from M-Pesa, Mixx by Yas (Tigo Pesa), Airtel Money or HaloPesa, using your BikoSports phone number as account number, or tap Deposit on the site, enter the amount and confirm the request on your phone. See How to play for the step-by-step menus.
- How long does a deposit take?
- Your wallet is credited as soon as the mobile money operator confirms the payment, usually within a few seconds of entering your PIN.
- What are the deposit and withdrawal limits?
- Deposits from TZS 100 up to TZS 5,000,000 per transaction. Withdrawals from TZS 500 up to TZS 500,000 per request; larger balances can be withdrawn with more than one request.
- How do I withdraw my winnings?
- Tap Withdraw from your profile, enter the amount and confirm. The money is sent to the mobile money account of the phone number registered on your BikoSports account. Withdrawals cannot be sent to a different number.
- Is there a tax on winnings?
- Yes. In accordance with Tanzanian law a withholding tax is deducted from winnings; the amount is shown on every bet receipt before you confirm.
- Why is my big win shown as pending?
- Winnings above the review threshold are checked before payment, as required by our licence. The ticket stays visible under My Bets and is paid as soon as the review is complete.
- What happens if a match is postponed or cancelled?
- Bets on an event that does not take place as scheduled are settled according to our Terms & Conditions and the sportsbook rules of the market.
- Can I share my betslip?
- Yes. Every betslip has a booking code and a share link: your friends can load the same selections with one tap.
- I forgot my password
- Tap Forgot password on the login screen: we send a reset code by SMS to the phone number of your account.
